Peer to Peer

In February our school participated in the Peer to Peer Programme. Two pupils from Transition Year in Davitt College Secondary School visited 5th and 6th class to teach us about life in secondary school. The programme lasted for four weeks.

For one lesson Sinead and Michelle talked to us about communication.They taught us about different personalities and types of communication. We played lots of games and we all enjoyed them.

For another lesson we talked about friendship and how to be a good friend. We role-played some scenarios, it was good fun.

On the last week we all made a big card for Sinead and Michelle. We learned a lot, and we are all more prepared for secondary school.
